Step 2: Submit Payment

Pay your deposit

$100 deposit per room per week

Membership fees (if applicable):

Family: $80

Individual: $40

Processing Timeline

February 1, 2025: Deadline for initial room requests and deposits

March 1, 2025: Written confirmation of room assignments sent

April 1, 2025: Full payment due

Late payments incur a $25 fee

Priority Order for Room Assignments
All requests received by February 1, 2025 will be processed in this order:

Life Members and Work Weekend participants (2023-2024)
-
UCC Congregation members
-
Previous guests
-
All other requests
-
Requests received after February 1 processed in order of receipt
Important Notes

Keep your REGISTRATION # (provided in confirmation letter) for all future correspondence

Before April 1: Only online and mailed requests accepted

After confirmations have been sent, phone reservations will also be accepted
