2025 Room Reservation Request Process

 

Step 1: Review and Submit Registration

  1. Review our Room Reservation and Use Policies

  2. Complete the Registration Form

    • Note: This opens in a new site; you'll need to return here afterward 

 

Step 2: Submit Payment

  1. Pay your deposit 

    • $100 deposit per room per week

    • Membership fees (if applicable):

      • Family: $80

      • Individual: $40

 

Processing Timeline

  • February 1, 2025: Deadline for initial room requests and deposits

  • March 1, 2025: Written confirmation of room assignments sent

  • April 1, 2025: Full payment due

    • Late payments incur a $25 fee

 

Priority Order for Room Assignments

All requests received by February 1, 2025 will be processed in this order:

  1. Life Members and Work Weekend participants (2023-2024)

  2. UCC Congregation members

  3. Previous guests

  4. All other requests

  5. Requests received after February 1 processed in order of receipt

 

Important Notes

  • Keep your REGISTRATION # (provided in confirmation letter) for all future correspondence

  • Before April 1: Only online and mailed requests accepted

  • After confirmations have been sent, phone reservations will also be accepted

  • View room details

  • Similar alternatives will be assigned if requested room is unavailable
